How shopping on ZAWQIK works with our guides and tools, and what to expect when you buy from a partner retailer.

Is ZAWQIK a shop, or a magazine?

A bit of both. You will find in-depth articles and a product catalog where every listing has its own page with details and a link to buy. Purchases are completed on the partner retailer or marketplace, not on ZAWQIK. Our job is to curate, explain, and help you choose.

How do the store, “Reviews,” and “Compare” relate to the same products?

The store, Reviews, and Compare all use the same product pages. Reviews and Compare give a short at-a-glance view; open the product page for the full write-up, images, and buy link.

What are Space Planner and Match Studio?

The Space Planner gives you a room-by-room checklist and, when it fits, product ideas from the store for your zone and budget. Match Studio lets you shortlist 2–3 product pages and compare them side by side. No sign-in. Match Studio keeps your shortlist in this browser; the planner does not save an account profile.

Do I need an account to use the tools or browse the catalog?

No. Browsing, product pages, and the tools above work without signing in. If we add optional features that need an account in the future, we will state that clearly.

Do you earn money from product links?

We may receive a commission or referral fee when you buy through our affiliate links, at no extra cost to you in the typical case. That helps fund the site. Everyone sees the same public listings, and we do not sell paid “boosted” slots that change the order in Browse.

Are prices, stock, and shipping always accurate on ZAWQIK?

We aim to show accurate information, but prices, availability, shipping, and taxes are set by the seller and can change. Always confirm the final details on the retailer’s checkout page before you pay.

Who do I contact for returns, defects, or order issues?

The seller or platform where you complete the purchase handles shipping, returns, and charge disputes. Contact us for website issues (typos, broken links, confusing product information), not for order tracking — we are not the merchant of record for those sales.

How often is the product catalog updated?

We add and refresh products as we go. A tool or table may be a step behind the very latest change — for the current price and details, open the product page before you buy.

Will your guides work in my climate or rental?

We write in global English: adapt plant hardiness, local codes, and landlord rules to your situation. The same goes for any product: measure your space, check voltage or plumbing needs, and rule restrictions before you buy.

How do I suggest a guide topic, tool improvement, or catalog fix?

Use the contact form. We read every message, even if we cannot reply in depth to each one. Please include a product URL or category if your note is about a specific listing.
